      <description>&lt;![CDATA[Music: practiced the last part of the Rondo of K545, trying to get the slurs right, printed out and started to look at Chopin&#39;s Nocturne in C# minor&#xA;Health: left thumb hurting a lot yesterday and today, easing off this evening. Electric shocks this morning while walking to the office and this evening driving to Kent - one near the beginning and smaller one just near Tenterden. Had one in bed last night.
